Procedures in providing Security Services
A complimentary security assessment report will be formulated by our officers after a thorough security survey is conducted at the premises, based on the following criteria :
- Location
- Currently available security measures
- Threat assessment/vulnerability
- Recommended security measures including entry/exit points that must be covered, required CCTV/Monitors etc.
- Recommended security cadre for deployment and the security points to be covered.
Deployment / Supervision / Administration
- All our security officers will be deployed mainly to according to a tailor made deployment plan unique to our individual clients which will be based on a security survey report submitted to the client by a responsible officer (Manager - Operations) , who will also be entrusted with the responsibility of visiting/ studying and reporting on the security requirements of the company/ client.
- Once deployed our officers will be regularly visited and supervised by the visiting officers of our company to ensure the maintenance of a high level of vigilance and the familiarity with the environment.
- Additionally a supervisory officer will be visiting our clients to obtain feedback regarding the performance of our security officers and if the need arises the deployed personnel will be rotated to ensure effective performance.
- The management will not hesitate to institute disciplinary action against any security officer whose services are lacking.
- We consider it very important to roster the security officers up to a maximum of 12 hours so that the security officers get sufficient rest whilst off duty and thereby increasing their level of vigilance and performance.
Services
- We provide armed security for transportation of cash and other valuables as well as cash-in-transit to banks and other financial institutions.
- The officers deployed for these purposes are headed by an Officer in Charge and are attached to the “special guards unit”. They will be ex-service men and retired Police officers with many years of experience in this regard with excellent character and utmost integrity.
- While this service is only available for commercial establishments, this special guard service comprises officers with unblemished service records and are hand picked with specialized training.
Securing your property/ residences in your absence. Especially when you are away from your home either on holiday or during overseas travel.
- Security clearance and background investigations into applicants aspiring to join banks and other financial institutions as well as those who are currently employed at such institutions.
- Domestic investigations with regard to white collar crimes.
- Background investigations regarding persons, with regard to their activities specially in relation to divorce/maintenance action on a strictly confidential basis.
- At present the company conducts security clearance for a leading Commercial bank enabling them to recruit the correct personnel.
